Does anyone else experience twitching in fingers ( other than thumb which usually twitches) like index, ring or pinky? It freaks me out!

I just read that it looks like fibro sufferers have an oxygen deficiency in their muscles hence twitching or spasms, which I get - out of NOWHERE. Just sitting or lying in bed and BAM - a spasm in foot, leg, toe...This may be the cause of entire body aches, which I have. Any type of movement is painful. Covid may add to my pain. My Covid IgG antibodies may have caused where all my pain sensors go into my spine (Dorsal Root Ganglia) to be inflamed resulting in what may be a normal mild touch, since the DRG is inflamed, to be painful. I spend a good portion of my time naked in the house. I can't get comfortable at all. I'm looking to get plasmapheresis to remove the antibodies but can't get anyone willing to do it that can write the prescription. My pain doctor says my research is valid and makes sense. I'm a retired college science teacher so I don't just grab at answers but look for valid and relevant studies. I use pubmed.gov, webMD, and healthyrising.com My fibro started when Covid did - in November/December of 2019. I lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks. The burning/tingl;ing then started. The NIH is confirming that there were Covid antibodies in blood in December of 2019. The research is traveling at a great pace. BE YOUR OWN BEST ADVOCATE. CoQ10 is lacking in our cells and studies show that you should take 300 mg per day to help with pain relief. I use that. It has helped. Acetyl l-carnitine has been shown to be an equal or a better pain reliever than pregabalin. I just started taking it. I'm not a doctor, though I'm a retired college science teacher, so make your own decisions but please read up on what I have mentioned and make decisions after speaking to your health provider.

You know, I wondered why my fingers twist involuntarily.

Not so much twitches but i can get spasms in muscles. Most are small twitches and dont cause much distress. But times i been doing normal things and all sudden it would feel like a tens machine is on my abdominals set on high. Which normally ends up with me on floor in agony until it passes. Luckily its not happened in public.
