Where do you experience the most pain?
I need to get a mattress topper. I take as much Vit. D as I can...5000 units. Any more and I get constipated which makes the gastropareisis worse. I only sleep later in the morning. From 10 - 2 am I wake up every half hour. Usually, after 2 I sleep through until 7. Today, it was 9:20 which isn't good because I'm a type 1 diabetic and my blood sugar goes high in the morning even without eating. My crashing used to happen between 1 and 2 and I would sleep. I would get so fatigued that I could speak in complete sentences. My husband would ask me a question and i just couldn't answer it. Over the past several months, it has gotten better, which I am grateful for. Hope it gets better for you. Thanks for reminding me about the mattress topper.
That's funny we recently got a 3" memory foam topper, on top of our pillow top bed😉
I had been taking tizanadine but when it stopped working, I " advanced" to cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) and only occasionally need Benadryl now. 🥴
I feel like every time I find something that works, it just stops after awhile. Fortunately my PCP is open to changes.
Hugs,
Deb
Noooooo not ears as well!!
I’ve noticed lately that mine is also fatigue. I mean it’s bad and at first I thought we’ll maybe I just need to slow down but I eat very healthy I get my full doses of vitamins and minerals, I’m on high dose of vit.D, I’ve been sleeping decent ( 3 inch mattress foam topper on top of a pillow top bed has helped along with tizanidine and Benadryl lol! Even with all that I’m still so run down and like I crash by 1 pm. Ugh
My left knee is the worst. Also pain in neck, shoulders, lower back, hips. When I’m busy my upper back hurts.
