I need to get a mattress topper. I take as much Vit. D as I can...5000 units. Any more and I get constipated which makes the gastropareisis worse. I only sleep later in the morning. From 10 - 2 am I wake up every half hour. Usually, after 2 I sleep through until 7. Today, it was 9:20 which isn't good because I'm a type 1 diabetic and my blood sugar goes high in the morning even without eating. My crashing used to happen between 1 and 2 and I would sleep. I would get so fatigued that I could speak in complete sentences. My husband would ask me a question and i just couldn't answer it. Over the past several months, it has gotten better, which I am grateful for. Hope it gets better for you. Thanks for reminding me about the mattress topper.
That's funny we recently got a 3" memory foam topper, on top of our pillow top bed😉
I had been taking tizanadine but when it stopped working, I " advanced" to cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) and only occasionally need Benadryl now. 🥴
I feel like every time I find something that works, it just stops after awhile. Fortunately my PCP is open to changes.
Hugs,
Deb
