SherilynnNapp, Have you called the number on your insurance card, and what doctors are in your area? I have found in my experience that they will gladly help you with any questions about your insurance. Also, ask if they have a directory they can mail to you; their list may not be up-to-date, but call the doctor's office and ask if they still participate in your plan. If they do not, ask them to call the insurance company to let them know, and then you call the insurance company to let them know what that doctor's office told you.
