me too, also veins that are the top of the skin, looks horrible

I have a few on my chest. Don't hurt and bright red. They are blood blisters.

I get them on my arm my Dermatologist stain it is from Dermatitis. They start out as little purple dots itches and painful then they get bigger and brown and do not go away but no longer hurt she did a skin biopsy.
