Thanks. A little FYI on vaping....google vaping. Bad for lungs. I’m super aware of lungs as I have a lung disease.

Used my mom's cbd and loved this one. It gave some relief, didn't iritate my sensitive skin and didn't agitate my anxiety (which many of these creams do). Also I searched and they have stronger doses online.
I have just started to take CBD oil. I will give anything a go!!
I use 50 mg CBD oil capsules from the provincial government dispensary. Recently I have been using Frank brand which is $10 cheaper for 30 capsules and has no THC in it. I use it for pain and anxiety.
