I’m having a lot of stiffness and pain in my left knee especially behind my knee. It’s like the ligaments or tendons are really tight. I Dr. Googled it and blood clot, torn Meniscus, inflammatory arthritis etc…
Just curious if anyone has any thoughts.. I have been doing light stretches but it hasn’t seemed to help.

Ask your doctor to run tests for amino acid, vitamin, and trace metals testing. It could be caused by one or more of those levels being to low. It could also be a protein deficiency
Deb💜, its so good to see you post😊! I’m sorry you’re having this pain😣. It sounds like maybe a pulled muscle behind your knee? I would get it checked. I’m sending you healing prayers with hugs and love🙏🏼🦋💜. Stay in touch Deb😊💗🌷

Lildeb, ClareCrowell are right about having this checked out. When it’s in a joint like your knee it may not be Fibro.
UNLESS you bumped your knee into something a few days ago and you’re experiencing delayed pain. With Fibro you can injure yourself and not actually feel the pain for a few days. With delayed injury pain, I try to baby the affected area until it heals.
Should be checked out to be on the safe side as could be a number of things. From a lack of minerals to a pulled muscle or ligament.
Lactic acid buildup in muscles ... Various things.
Those with Fibro do not absorb minerals and vitamins they need sometimes.
And this may or may not show up on tests as tests are standardized for
"Normal" people. Meaning non Fibro and healthy.
