I have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia for well over 25 years. But this fatigue is different, totally exhausting, it is so persistent I can barely function most days. It seems like nothing relieves it. I have been to so many doctors and their answer is an astounding "I don't know". I feel like my life is just passing my by and I can't do anything about it.

Sounds good to me. If you give me your number perhaps we can set up a time to talk. I have am looking to change my primary care doctor and if I can find one that understands this condition, it would be great. This fatigue is debilitating all the time.
@A MyFibroTeam Member I can help you with good docs from your area. I have become a little detective and those docs have to treat fibromyalgia. I dont know if you have found out yet but we very rarely test positive for things that you just know you have. I want to help. I have been there before and wanted to pull all my hair out. If you are interested, I will give you my number. This will help me too find my purpose too.🤗
I did go to two rheumatologists, the first one tested me for RA, Lupus and Lyme disease and when I tested negative for those she basically said "I don't know". I said send me to someone who might know, recommend someone, she didn't know who to send me to. I saw a second rheumatologist who asked why I was there, I told her I am exhausted every day. She did a brain MRI because I was getting daily headaches. My scan was normal except for showing signs of suffering migraines, which I did for years. I am so frustrated, I don't know where to turn. I got a new primary care doctor and she is a joke. So I guess I look for another one.You are so right, they just don't get it. They say sleep longer, that makes it worse. I know what chronic fatigue is I've had it for well over 25 years, this is different. But no one wants to listen or take you seriously.
