I can only say that it must be a part of your conditions so the best thing to do is try not to wear anything too clingy and where you can, keep your room well aired! It might help to use a humidifier in the room you are in as it will cool the air a little and stop the air drying your body and maybe help to stop the sweating a little!

I also have severe sweating. Went through menopause with hysterectomy. I keep wondering if it is due to fibro or is my thyroid out of wack. I carry a washcloth in my purse and always have a towel handy. If the sweat didn't drip I'd look like I am glowing, LOL.๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿค—
