I know its been awhile since I posted but does anyone else get this deep aching pain between your shoulder blades? It comes and goes without any apparent reason. I am sure I am in a flare as I was very stressed last week and I always get flares after this. However, this deep pain between shoulder blade area is new!

I have pain on the left side, between my shoulder blades. Sometimes when I have a flare up, it hurts to breath. If I happen to cough or sneeze, the pain is excruciating. I'm allergic to Lyrica and Savella. Cymbalta offered no relief. Like you said, it comes and goes, but mine comes about every two months or so.

@A MyFibroTeam Member it can be either of those areas. Have you tried icing it?
I have an intense burning anger my neck and shoulders meet. Is that what you're experiencing? Or is it lower down?
Yes most days i have that and its very painful
