Yes,at Times and in past about 2 yrs I've had more BIG jolts/ jerks of parts of body

Definitely, and according to my neurologist it is part of fibro. I take magnesium and use the old folk remedy of a bar of soap in the bedsheets. I used to take a med that stopped the twitching but it bothered my stomach after awhile. Don’t recall name of it but you should ask your dr.
