Humour and keep my mind busy

If too many things require my attention I make a list, then rewrite it in order of importance. Then I do them in order crossing them off when done. Sometimes the order will change because of time or circumstance. This gives me a lift because I feel a great sense of accomplishment. Even small things are written down.

Sorry to hear that Lynn. Have you thought about using the notes feature on your phone to store things. I use it regularly along with the calendar on my phone. Beats handwriting and uses less energy.

Thanks. I could do that on my tablet, which is larger. I'm adding things on note paper and sticking them on the nail holding up the calendar.

I now have Renaud's syndrome and can't write legibly anymore. Mental lists only now.
