I mean I’m a very picky eater. I don’t like diets BUTT I want to eat better, be healthier so I don’t hurt ALL THE TIME!! I just need to know like a list of foods that keeps you going! Thank you Rick47! I’ve never had a soda or tea. You’re RIGHTTTT about eating bake NOTT fried! I’ve been working on that more. Gave up junk food since October 15th. Going to start trimming the fats. I appreciate your feedback, really helps and I need help!

First try to change the way you cook, reduce oils and butter, boil and bake instead of frying. Cut down on snacks and change them for something else, chips for plain nuts etc and stop drinking fizzy pop and drink cordial instead. It all helps. When cooking meat trim the fat, remove the skin. It all helps.

2/3 of your plate should be fruit and veggies recommended for everyone. I often surpass this. Many fibromites report gluten intolerance. Several have reported hiccups from white rice. Our household is on several special diets: diabetic, gluten free, low lactose ( supplemented with lactase), low acid, low salt, low fat. Good luck finding out what works for you.

I stopped alcohol and see a different as it used to hurt all over my body after a glass of wine. Fizzy drinks is a trigger, food with sulphate and lemon. Coffee triggers but I still drink decaff as I live without my morning cuppa.

Diet plays a part. But even people on vegan and vegetarian foods complain about pain. It's a win or loss situation 🤷🏾‍♀️
