Does Anyone Use Wellbutrin (bupropion) For The Pain And Fatique?

I use amytriptyline before but gained 27 kg. I use ultram/ tramadol now in a low dose and this helps with the pain and not so well with the fatique. I , ve lost now 18 kg now but want to lose al the weigt because of my severe lipedema. Is this possible with any antdepressant?
