I feel really bad after my pt appointment yesterday. He dry needled several trigger points around my neck and they are much better although a little sore. The test of my body feels like it was hit by a truck. That’s all that was done yesterday. Has anyone ever had a flare after trigger point injections or dry needling?
I’ve never had dry needling but I do flare up every after accupunture so I stop going.
Could be that toxins are being released? I’ve had similar from massage. I’m sorry you’re feeling so rough and hope tomorrow is a better day for you.

Yes i have after trigger points but only twice in alot of years. Never tried dry needling.
