Hair Loss Recommendation

Hair Loss Recommendation

I know a lot of us have posted about various degrees of hair loss over the years so I thought I'd share this article in hope that it helps.

I'm sorry for anyone who is experiencing this issue; I remember meeting a gentleman who had more hair on his eyebrows than I will ever have on my head. And, then his ears. So much hair growing out of his ears.
I know that my staring at his eyebrows and ears was rude. I couldn't understand how an older man could have that much hair and bald as an egg on his own head.
Dr Eric Berg has his own YouTube channel. He recommends simply eating Jell-O. I am sure that the generic gelatin dessert will be fine.
Please don't start eating some for every meal or you may end up with very hairy eyebrows and ears, too. Dr Berg didn't mention if one flavor grows better than the other.
Biotin is a vitamin that is excellent for strengthening hair and fingernails.
Good luck with what is going on here!

I’ve been going through “Long Covid” and lost even more hair with it…..darn. There’s a support group on FB and I learned a lot about it from that. A lot of the people in the group that have had it since COVID started have now been diagnosed with CFS, poor things. Many of them are in their 20’s or younger. Hair loss is just a small part. Many of the symptoms are overblown symptoms of CFS & fibro. Sorry to interject this in, but my whole life has been blown up by it, and hair loss is part of it…oh well. Good luck to all with this!

Hello. I'm suffering hair loss and my hair has turned very dry and frizzy. Does this happen as you age?

Unfortunately I have scarring alopecia and hair will never grow back. It is only in
the front top of my head. I wear toppers that cover it. They are light weight and
you don't even feel them while wearing them. I am happy for you that you are seeing progress. Keep me posted
