Difference Between Fibro Symptoms And Post Covid Symptoms
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm reaching out to members who may have had an asymptomatic case of covid or such a mild case they initially thought it was something else like allergies.

I have never had covid that I know of so I had a conversation with both my doctor and a nurse. They both said that statistically at this point in the pandemic that I "probably" had an asymptomatic case of covid. The nurse pointed out that the amount of the viral load would have also made a difference and the fact that I wear masks… read more

Well that is not true. I have all of the shots and I only have one kidney. If more shots come out I will still get them because they work more often than not. I know this is very upsetting for people but most will understand that will read between the lines and get the facts strait. And I’m not trying to cut people down. There is more information out there than some people are getting.

Donna, no vaccine is without side effects. Some people will get side effects and some people won’t.

To know for sure if you have had Covid, your doctor can do an antibody test. I had it done before. As far as the wrist pain, I also get this in both wrists and it is not carpal tunnel. I had tests run for inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis, and lupus which were all negative. So mine is definitely fibro..hope this helps.❤️

Check with your doctor. They are still learning things every day. The CDC is continuing to make changes as well. There may be info on their site.
I have been told by my doctor I am a "long hauler". I've been having more ares of pain as well. I hope you get answers. Please share here if you don't mind.

Ive had covid and my fibro paun is definitely worse. Wrist pain is carpal tunnel. I had bilateral carpal tunnel surgery in 18. Still have problems w left wrist. The braces help especialy in winter and the arthritis gloves. Covid to me was like flu.
