Yes… it’s goes from my cervical to my shoulder, wrist, arms, hands, and sometimes even figures. Sometimes, I can’t text it’s like they get jammed.

Yes! It comes on quick, without warning. It last a few seconds to a minute or two. Then it is gone. Sometimes it leaves a lingering pain behind.
Have no idea why.

Yes, Stacey this has happened to me more than once.. I have tendenitis in my left arm and sciatica in my left leg that is so bad it like it is on fire. About two weeks ago my entire left side was so bad I thought I was having a stroke.!! I took some of my anixiety drugs which helped to calm it sown. To be honest I getting ready to call my neighbor who is a retired nurse and see if she thought I needed to go to the ER. It took about 2and half days for me to get back to "Normal" after this. It does not help that I am currently unemployed. Best of luck to you.

Yes, I do! But, it always begins from the arms and recently had been going down the figures. Try isometric exercises with Dr. Jo. She is a physical therapist with a phd. She works on using your body’s own resistance and heals all body parts and you don’t even need equipment! Try it, you’ll feel much better, it’s all on YouTube! Best of luck!
