A big advise for you EAT ONLY WHOLE FOODS. NO PROCESSED FOOD NO FAST FOODS. I have it and was diagnosed early in 2021. I did my research and found by doing it was not to eat junk foods that I felt way better then only eating just plain whole food.

So many theories. We really don't know which are accurate and which just that...theories. Many raise false hopes. At 90, after suffering from multiple health issues from an early age, I am a bit of a sceptic. Sorry to sound depressing . I send my dearest love to all who suffer in any way, shape or form, and I pray for us all, every single one, daily and nightly. God Bless. ❤️XXXXXXXXXXXX

Hi Wayne, same here! Sooo many issues would be explained, even those that are seemingly unrelated (according to doctors and current understanding). Thank you for responding.

💛❤🧡🖖 Also, at the beginning of this pandemic many of us on here prayed that if there was ever going to be a silver lining to our condition and covid, that the research would overlap and help us. Well, prayers answered.

I feel the same VickyHo. I only can tell how I am feeling from day to day, or if I might have taken a combination of my drugs that worked better than other times. I , too, am amazed that you are on the site and that even with this disease, fibro, you feel well-enough to be on here chatting with us! I Thank you...you actually give me hope that I might be able to live longer with it.

Hi @A MyFibroTeam Member 🥰 well, I don't blame you one bit. It's hard to raise hopes on a theory, especially when there's no treatment or even confirmed proof of basic cause and effect.

I think the reason this lifted MY spirits a bit was that 1. it showed research is still being done for our illness and that 2. some of the billions poured into covid research has in fact helped us because our illness was a niche and received very limited and competitive research dollars.

I'm also very glad that you're still active in our group and I'm happy to see you come on the site and post your thoughts and feelings. 🥰
