Heat Sentivity Solutions

The weather has been doing a real number on me. Heightening my pain and fatigue and making me nauseous all the time. I was wondering what you found to be most effective for these kind of symptoms so far.

I do all the suggestions that anneeliot made, but I also wear sleeveless, loose dresses that allow my skin to breathe and, if I stay home I wear a camisole so I don't have to wear a bra.

Same!
What helps me:
Canceling commitments when possible
Staying as quiet and as cool as possible (fan, AC, etc)
Hydration
Electrolyte drinks (sip slowly over hours)
Feet up
Eat lightly: small meals rather than three larger meals
Ginger (candy or fresh, grated, or made into an iced tea)
Box breathing
Positive, calming distraction (such as a favorite book or movie, etc)
Here's a little visual image of "box breathing" inhale... exhale...inhale...:)

Anneelliott,

Thank you for such great advise. Summer, well heat anytime is just plain bad. Humidity added to this mix, much worse.
