Hey everyone i have had collar bone and neck pain for 4 days now. Does anyone else get really back pain there?? If so what do you do to try and help. I have tired heat and ice.
I use biofreeze and i have a shiatsu massager i use to try break up knots
I have been having neck shoulder and arm pain on right side been to orthopedic dr had 3 shots no help tramadol doesn’t touch it arthritis in shoulder no one seems to know how to help arm getting weak doing therapy so far arm worse any suggestions
