I've started having throbbing pain through my body. Like a bad toothache pain bouncing around my body. It goes from my head to my lower legs to my arms down my back ect. It leaves a burning stingy pain had to describe anyone have this?
I have this too almost evrry day. I still go to work and try to get through the day. It's tough.
I feel like I'm being drawn and quartered. My version of weather pain. I don't recommend my solution to any one. I'm 71 and had fibro since age 6 so if a margarita and pain med together and it relieves my pain I take it I have a margarita, lortab, electric blanket and if not too tired start with hot shower with an Epsom salt scrub to release negative energy.
This random shooting of pain feels like the temporary targets follow the nerve pathways.
It can be intense and jaringly painful.
For me heat helps. I have an electric throw that i crawl under and it settles down.
My backup is cannabis edibles. This has a relaxing affect. I hope this is helpful.
I, too, have it during a flare. Not very pleasant. I am not bothered any worse because the pain from the flare is so bad. I take muscle relaxers and pain pills. I use heat and cold during these periods, maybe that will help you. Try to be extra nice to yourself, relax in a bath if you can.
Yes I have it this is like my body just moves the pain when it wants so tired of it
