Hi Valencia I'm sorry you're having to go through this but I do know it could be from your neck I have disc issues and it will cause you to have pain in your chest down your shoulders into your arms and hands I also have back and hip issues and you will have pain going down your legs from pinched nerves I have chronic osteoarthritis and lower lumbar and hips very painful at times whenever you are moving around a lot I pray that you find what is really causing the pain you take care and God bless you.
