I think I have it too, and I take Advil. I feel like it’s worse when I’m stressed or fibromyalgia pain is bad too. Hopefully it will get better with time. Also, felt it when I eat too much too.

Costocondrites is an awful condition. What I do to help is to go back to the position I was before the pain. Take deep breaths, slowly and sit down. Most of the time it helps. Rest a while before trying to continue with what I was intending to do.

Oh @fybromumof2 boys how you doing? Has your pain eased ? I went walk in because that freaky band was getting scary, they said i have damaged intercostal muscles

Try back or chest exercises to strength that area, maybe ur will occur less often.

Interesting I I have a wrap around pain in rib cage hopefully it isn’t costcondritis but I have took ibuprofen and it is easing x
