Try Tylenol arthritis. It helps a little as I can't take anti inflammatories. Also my doctor put me on hydroxyzine which helps with anxiety but is very helpful with my insomnia.

Tylenol arthritis is a life saver!! I get chronic back and shoulder pain and the only thing that helps is T.A :)
