Meditation And Tai Chi
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone that has or is doing meditation and/or doing or doing Tai Chi for gentle excercises seen any improvement overall?
I have started and found it helps. I noticed I have More Energy, and am feeling more upbeat.

I tried Tai Chi but I think I will try yours. I do meditate and when I am in alot of pain I put on a guided meditation for pain and it does help. I did yoga for a while and felt good right afterwards but 2 hours later I had pain from my head to my toes so I stopped. I do love walking in nature and try to do that every day the weather is okay.

Hi, I would think Everyone is different in what they can manage on daily basis. I am sure your Dr or a Physio Therapist could direct you on those questions and also provide you with advice and information on excercises for balance issues and dizziness and nausea.
Personally, for me I wouldn’t do the Tai Chi excercises when I was experiencing dizziness. It is best to get professional advice on what is best for you.
