Anyone experience sore throat sensations with troubling swallowing and tightness? If so, what helped? I’ve tried antihistamines, Tylenol, advil, muscle relaxers, cough drops etc

I'm hoping someone else has had this or knows what I mean. This is a new symptom for me and it is scaring me. It's down the left side of my neck closer to the front but also on the top of my shoulder about where the collarbone is. I'm getting a pain and kind of a tightness in that area just a weird feeling. Has anyone have throat n neck pain? I'm wondering if not all of my pain is caused by thrush. I get swollen glands a swollen neck pain under my ears n more

Anyone get tightness in the chest ? I have probably ask before but helps knowing I have people I can relate to . I hate it almost feels like can't breathe it's weird then it goes away . Seems to be affected after vaping I'm trying stop that now . Even some food or drink can cause it . Oh fibro why do you do this to us xx

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia back in 2007, however my fatigue gets worse every year to the point that it is now my most debilitating symptom, so I always wonder if I also have CFS, but I don't get the symptoms of sore throats or swollen glands. Hello there, who suffers from TMJ as well? I have been having some weird throat symptoms and I'm trying to decide if they are related to the TMJ/fibro or something else! I will sometimes have trouble swallowing or feel like something is stuck in my throat. My throat muscles in my neck also feel very tight. Finally, I get this strange feeling when I swallow like there is something scratchy stuck at the back of my throat. Could it be nerve related? Thanks for the help!
