Sleeping!
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone else know they have a comfortable bed but sometimes it's the most uncomfortable place when you are having a flare up!? Laying down hurt's all over your body and then you have to get up to ease the pain 😫

I can relate. Sorry to hear. I have a heated matress pad on my bed that works like an electric blanket. It is very helpful…

Hi lovely Claire ❤️ hope you and Leroy are having a good day! xx
I find that too with my pillow and the whole bed, we've even got a thick bed topper but that makes no difference on a flare up 🤦
