Clicky Hips

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question ๐Ÿ’ญ

I've noticed my hips and lower back keep clicking, a deep hard click that hurts when it happens and throbs after.. Is this something I need to worry about or does this happen to others ๐Ÿ’œ

Members shared their experiences with the clicking hips and lower back described in the post, with many confirming they've experienced similar sensations that come and go over time, sometimes shifting to other areas like ribs, knees, neck, or ankles. Several members offered reassurance that the clicking could be harmless tendon or fiber movement similar to cracking knuckles, though they encouraged getting it checked by a doctor to rule out other concerns. A recurring theme was the frustration of managing multiple unpredictable symptoms, from joint clicking to dropping things, met with gentle encouragement to stay proactive with medical teams while finding small ways to cope emotionally.

It has happened to me and I also get what I call kinks in my hip ...very painful. It may be due to the fibers snapping and popping(harmless) or like your knuckles crack.
I have a very clicky neck. That scared me the first few times as so very loud. But do get it checked.
I know..... one more thing to add to the list.
