Me to I ended up at the hospital 3 txs this year. I have A lot of anxiety which is caused by Fibro which causes the panic attacks and the heart racing. When you feel like that take a deep breath like you’re smelling your favorite flowers and blow out like your blowing the candles out on your birthday cake. This breathing technique really works. I had ekg and had heart attack and 3 stents put.in. Shocker! If you feel happening again. Get checked out again. The only symptoms i had was diarhea for 3 days and shortness of breath. Felt like out of sorts. Keep us posted please!

Yes, I do have heart palpitations, not all the time, comes and goes. I tell myself it is fibro and try not to spaz out about it. ❤️

Maybe get it checked out again, these things do come and go but hey why not thats what we pay taxes for 😄
