I have a huge problem. My stomach does not tolerate much. I have severe IBS and medication does not help it. I had to eliminate food and start all over and try food and rule each one in or out. The only things I feel good off of are things that I know most people take out of their diets. I feel good off of bagels, chili made mostly with beans but mild seasoning ice cream, egg salad that is only the egg mixed with miracle whip, ham salad, etc. It is food most others take out of their diet, but… read more

I found by cutting sugar out of my diet, entirely, it cleared up my IBS by 90%. After decades of terrible IBS, and long, Long drives to work. I can't believe after all this time I have incredible relief. I do not eat dairy, meat, acidic fruit, alcohol, spicy food, soda, coffee. I drink 3 to 5 bottles of water/day. I pretty much eat baby food. I would be a very cheap date. The sugar, was the key. I missed out on so much with my grandchildren. It's never too late to feel better.
I just thought about something. Our bodies do not know what to do with processed sugar. The body can process natural sugar found in fruit. What does the body do with this alien stuff? Not much. The body computer can not compute. So, someone said, Ah, just throw it over there! Cellulite,
Voile La!!

God Bless you,

Lynda

You need to go Gluten Free. It's confusing at first but I was bloated and had stomach upset on a regular basis. After the months of starting I was better. I've been Gluten Free for 10 years now and would never go back. Alot of these doctors don't know enough about the condition to give the right advice.

I also have IBS after having horrendous stomach pain and I even reached the stage of throwing up a lot 🤮 had every test imaginable even took a course of antibiotics and antibacterials as well to kill the bad bacteria in my stomach.

When I came home I had Explosive Diarrhoea for sometime and it affected my stomach so badly that I lost so much weight I was close to being Anorexia.

Also had a Gastroscopy and a Colonoscopy as well at the one time, unfortunately the Doctors didn't find anything and put it down to IBS.

Some foods can set me off like Seafood Sauce have found that I can't eat anything with Truffles because I had some to sample in very expensive cheese, it made me throw up 🤮

Now I just take things carefully now and watch everything that I eat. If it disagrees with me I don't eat it again.

Fresh salad greens, tomatoes, corn. These play havoc with my IBS.

I also suffer with terrible IBS and have multiple food intolerances. I have just taken grains out of my diet, they really seem to bother me. I have to be very careful with seeds…flax, chia, poppyseed all bother me.
