Members overwhelmingly identified sugar as their biggest trigger for flares, with many noting that even small amounts can send inflammation soaring, while MSG (monosodium glutamate) found in chips, fast food, and processed snacks was also frequently named as a culprit. Several members shared that managing triggers requires careful attention to labels and daily intake, with some finding relief through elimination diets like Paleo or by using sugar substitutes in baking, though most agreed the occasional treat is worth it on tough days. A recurring theme was the importance of becoming more observant about how individual foods affect your body, listening to medical guidance when managing conditions like diabetes or celiac disease, and giving yourself grace when you need to indulge.

I'm going to sound like a record..... it's sugar. Human body needs 2 tsp a day. And most have never been tested by allergist.
I'm highly allergic to sugar too. So; I know it's really a hard thing to do is watch ALL SUGAR INTAKE but try. I can use sugar twin like regular sugar in pies & pastries.
BUT you do need to cheat sometime like your having a bad day anyways.
If you have diabetes please listen to your doctor & nurse.
Sending you all lots of ๐Ÿซ‚ HUGS
& BLESSINGS ๐Ÿ™Œ.
Stay safe.....
