Thanks guys,
the Optician said it’s the flare up affecting my vision and my eye health is otherwise good.
Stress also exacerbates it so I need to try to relax.
Hopefully it will right itself soon. My blood levels were ok and to be checked again in two weeks.

I have blurry vision at times too.
