Yes my fingers cramp up and I get cramps or Charlie horses in my feet and ankles. They hurt like crazy.

I've had problems with my toes so itchy. Nothing stops...scratch ,scratch. Read somewhere it's a nerve thing. Haven't had the problem for a year .knock on wood won't come up again

I have never noticed change in symptoms from altitude and have been up as high as 9,000 ft when going through and visiting Colorado and Montana.❤️✌️🙏

Yes i do. It feels like a deep ache in the bone and joints. Its not constant and it seems like there is nothing in particular that brings it on. I get the same pains in my hands, wrists and feet.

*raising hands*

They tend to feel weak, sore, painful, tingle and numb. Which is wonderful. 🙄

It continues to feet, wrist and the area.

I soak feet and hands in warm water and sometimes paraffin wax.

What has worked for anyone?
