1. rapid weather change ie.. 20 degree swings we had last week from 86 degrees to 106 degrees and monsson pressure this week
the rain came last night and my pain disappeard in a matter of hours once the weather switched

Been a tough week for me with allergies, hardly sleeping because of post nasal drip. I should try benadryl maybe.
yes to all 3 . i find muggy heat weather really upsets me, I keep the fans on and feel better
I am pretty sure the rapid weather change and allergies are triggers. I haven’t experienced bug bites as a trigger. Has anyone else?

yes try some benedryl,, it helps me after a few says quite a bit
