I also have it.. I describe the pain as if some one put a belt around me, under my breast and sinched it tight! I wear sport bras now and that does help.

Costochondritis breast pain usually causes especially bras with wires to hurt more, when I am home I don't wear bras the only time that I do is when I go out.

I have had to buy bras in a band size big enough that they have no stretch when on. I find sports bras even worse. Any pressure on my ribs cause severe pain.
