Goosebumps?

Goosebumps?

I see a lot of posts asking about random patches of goosebumps, but what about in general? I've noticed that the past few months since I had my son that when I flare I get goosebumps easily? Stress, hot, cold, just because? I can always feel them coming but can't always pinpoint the reason.

I usually get goosebumps when I feel the same. Usually I'm stressed when I feel hot and cold

Not sure about goosebumps, but I can tell you (and woudn't tell anyone not part of this group) that I experience feelings of being cold and hot at the same time. Can anyone else relate to this? It is the weirdest thing...being hot and chilled (to the point of shivering) at the same time. Hard to describe, but real...! Ugh...😖
