If they do exist and you have one you would like to recommend, please drop it here!
I dont know of any actual programs. Sorry.
On a sarcastic note though smoking weed can boost metabolism and aid in sleep. If you can manage to stick with healthy foods and healthy calorie intake maybe the boost in metabolism can help burn fat if you are able to get some exercise.
Working a physical job can be good exercise. If you arent fortunate enough to have a physical job doing household chores can be exercise. Mopping and vaccuming can be a decent workout for your core.
I use an app called "My Net Diary" and track and weigh my food,, when im good it works like a dream no exercise needed ,, but i do try to get up and move about every hour or so and do something for about 20 to 30 minutes,, ie laundry, clean out garage, dishes or just stretching ,, i was doing really really well then covid vaccine kicked my butt
I try and stay as active as I can and household chores are what I do although hubby helps me. That being said, now, no matter what I do, I have pain and fatigue.. so my symptoms have become worse. Chronic pain is so hard to manage. I understand how people can become addicted to painkillers.
The chores you mention bring on excruciating pain that lasts a long time. Not so for me. I've had fibro for years now and when a few fibro warriors said that fibro gets worse with age, I said to myself, no, not me....well I am older now and day by day it is more of a struggle and more intense pain..
😔
I, ve done a treatmant in a revalidation clinic in 2015. We had tai chi and chi qung lessons . At first i was sceptic but later on i felt less tired and more relaxed and less pain. I think i, ll try it again. Yoy can find a tai ch program especially made fir reumatic diseases on youtube. I think it, excellent for fibromyalgia. It, s a low impact fitness program.
