Members widely affirmed that tremors in the hands, legs, and core are a common experience with fibromyalgia, with many describing them as fine, rapid shakes that worsen with fatigue, physical exertion, or stress, and several noting they never experienced tremors before their fibromyalgia diagnosis. Several members shared practical strategies that have helped, including propranolol medication (which completely stopped severe tremors for one member), vein vine supplements (which improved circulation and reduced restless leg syndrome), and the importance of pacing activities, staying hydrated, and resting when the body signals exhaustion. A recurring theme was the frustration of not knowing whether symptoms are truly fibromyalgia-related or something else, with strong encouragement to consult doctors while also recognizing that medical professionals don't always have clear answers about this complex condition.

I had SEVERE tremors for like two years. Could barely right my name. They don't know what caused it, but it might have been the fibro. Anyway, they put me on propranolol and that made them completely stop. I don't know if you want to ask your doctor about that?

I shake when i wake from sleeping sometimes. It such a fast small shake that i feel like i am vibrating. Like rest your hand lightly on top of your dvd player while its reading a disk and thats how my whole body feels when i wake up to roll over. Doesnt happen every time. The more exhausted i am the more likely i am to feel it.

Hang in there and try to rest. Make sure you get up and walk a lap through your house a few times a day and drink fluids. Eat what you can as you can. Hopefully you have a nice mug and comfy blanket that can be your best friend and comfort items for today.

Ok; that good to know that tremors might be more common than I thought. I have been having them for a while in the core, hands, and neck.
