Thank you . I was fine . You don’t get dismissed if you aren’t .
Benadryl keeps everything open . It’s a preventative . The first vaccine in my primary’s office made my tongue and mouth tingle . The three nurses had taken me to a doctor’s private office/ study to
Wait . They told me of the 3 reactions for which they watch while you sit for the 15 minutes . If any reaction occurs , it happens within that time . That’s why they ask everyone to stay .

When I told them about the tingling is when they gave me the Benadryl
To prevent the throat swelling . I stayed an hour and drove home . They gave me two Benadryls to take 1 every 6 hours . I only had to take 1 . They showed me the epiPen if the Benadryl hadn’t worked .

They office called the day before and the day of my second inoculation and told me to take the Benadryl BEFORE the Appt . I had no trouble except for a slight jaw and neck pain during the hour they kept me . The nurse said the joint pain the first few minutes was the usual reaction with the second . . It didn’t last long .

Take two extra strength Tylenol after, not before .
Easy peasy and what a relief knowing you won’t end up under a ventilator or worse ! Don’t be scared of a few little reactions. Most people I know have had none . I heard such horror stories about the symptoms after the second one being so bad , but , I repeat, weigh those against the symptoms of Covid and those people you have seen in their hospital beds or body bags and it’s a no brainer‼️

You didn’t misunderstand . The dr office called and told me to take it before my second shot .
You’re not suppose to take aspirin before . I don’t know what else .
