I have compression sleeves for my arms when the elbow is radiating pain up to the shoulder and down to the hand. I put arm warmer sleeves over them. I have compression sleeve style wrist braces for when its just my hands and wrists. I have a stiff brace for my right hand for when i need it to not be able to bend so far. I also have a couple different kinds of knee braces depending on the kind of knee pain im having.

I use hand/wrist braces

I use a brace for carpal tunnel and sometimes a knee brace. When I had golfer's elbow, I wore an elbow brace. I don't wear them everyday. use the wrist brace more than others.

I don't have a bunch of braces,but I do use a knee brace, especially if I have to push dad's wheelchair. Since it's been acting up lately, I'm wearing it to the zoo tomorrow. I say used what works for you. Salonpas helps me so sometimes I use them alot.
