Knee Pain
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi everyone I hope you are keeping safe. I wanted to know if anyone has developed knee pain with the fibro? I've had it in my neck, hands and lower back but recently it's been under my knee caps and is excruciating. I've not been able to walk.
Has anyone else had it in their knees and if so any tips on pain relief?
Thanks
Robbie

I have discovered that Sombra Natural Warming pain gel and Two Old Goats Extra Strength Essentials Lotion helps more than "OTC" medications and cannot take narcotics because of digestive issues!

Have you tried ice packs on your knees whilst you sit helps reduce inflamation and helps with blood flow.
