I get spasms in my bladder.. I take a smooth muscle relaxer for those. It works pretty well.

Me. II have IC and fibro with a few other thiungs. It is a bitch to have both. Right now I am in a full flare up with my IC and of course fibro wants to join in so been in a rough spot for the last four days.

I am sorry that you have both. If you ever need to talk or vent feel free to do my way, okay?

I used to in my 20s and 30s . Usually around period time. Or got worse right before.

Gee honey It's been so long ago now.
I do remember my then doctor said no baths ,only shower.
Ummm Vagisil wash. Plenty of natural yogurt.
Careful of the sugar.
Honey I had to get a prescription for the cramps.
Anaprox I think it was. An anti inflamitory.
A hot water bottle or heating pad
I'm so very sorry to hear you suffer from this.
Oh , If you can use pads instead of tampons.

Hiiii omg @A MyFibroTeam Member I am 31! And have realised this happens every one ir two weeks before my period. Sometimes I Dont know whats worse, if the period cramps ir the IC every month. Do you have any tip or info i coulduse for this to go away?
