Has anyone ever benefited from a reduction of fibro fog when taking high doses of steroids, by any chance?

I am on a maintenance dose of prednisone for my lungs.
When breathing gets too difficult I have to increase prednisone.
On 2 occasions I could not believe how clear my thinking became..
Everyday I am compromised with cognition. It's one of the worse
fibro sx for me..

I have to stay away from steroids. Dr tried using them with my Covid last year. Not great with my anxiety in high doses. Yesterday I tried 10mg a low dose. I slept for 4 hours and woke up freaking out that I missed FedEx. Then I would flow through many emotions within a few minutes. Hell I cried like a baby because my husband put veggie puffs in the oven for me.
I got rid of those damned things.

i am on 2mg dexasome every day due to having addison and i some time get ready bad drain fog

When they had Meon steroids I can't say I noticed any difference. It might work one some but not everyone. Just a thought.
