I'm a professional selftalker from way back. Beginning when I became more isolated because of fibromyalgia and finding it easier to remember things if I said things out loud.

Nothing wrong with self talk! My counselor, therapist and shrink all advise it lol 😆 a high school friend of mine used to say that at least he was assured of one good listener!♥️✝️ Jesus is a great listener too

I am the Mayor of “Selftalkville”!! Ive always hummed outload when it’s quiet & my co-workers are like, seriously?! Stop!! (I keep humming🤗)
Since the pandemic, i’ve been working from home and i am ALWAYS yalking to myself.. full on conversations, even.
Eventually, I’ll have to start talking to other people again 😂😂
I've always talked to myself, sometimes it's the only way to get the right answer and sometimes I'm the only one listening to me. 🤘🏻🫖🤘🏻
