Members shared their most effective strategies for managing fibromyalgia flares, with rest, sleep, and reducing stress emerging as foundational practices alongside targeted supplements like magnesium and vitamin D3. Several members described practical approaches that have brought relief, including moist heat and ice packs, CBD oil for headaches, magnesium paired with vitamin B2 for head pain, and healthy eating, while one member emphasized the value of consulting a pain specialist for stronger medication options. A recurring theme was the recognition that even positive stress from joyful activities like family gatherings or starting a new job can trigger or prolong flares, making it essential to balance activity with rest and to listen carefully to the body's limits.
