Members overwhelmingly confirmed that fibromyalgia can cause balance issues and falls, with many sharing their own experiences of sudden loss of balance, dizziness, and vertigo, some resulting in serious injuries like broken bones. Several members recommended seeing a neurologist to rule out additional conditions like peripheral neuropathy or eye disease, and one member shared a helpful tip about head movement techniques from an eye specialist to reduce vertigo symptoms. A recurring theme was the unpredictable nature of these balance problems, the embarrassment and frustration they cause, and the importance of getting proper medical evaluation while recognizing that fibromyalgia affects the body in ways science is still working to understand.

Yes it can. In my case it has. I used to fall sometimes and could not walk for a time. But I have nerve issues in my legs too. And Peripheal Neuroptathy.
Go to a Neurologist if you have not or feel that some thing is wrong.
They can help you find answers.
Much love to.you ๐Ÿ’œโ˜ฎ๐Ÿต
