I'm newer to fibro and was wondering if people can be more specific when they say "pain". I'm having a hard time accepting this diagnosis. I have sharp- bee string like pains/ needle picks, burning, very heavy arms and legs and sore muscles. Tingling/vibrations. Aching hands/feet/ shoulders, wrists. Its just so many symptoms!!

For the past 6 weeks I’ve been dealing with a tingling feeling on my tongue. It comes and goes and sometimes it burns. It’s worse at night and it isn’t thrush. I think it’s Fibro related but I’m not sure. Do any of you deal with this as well?

Im struggling to keep on top of the housework as i seem to have more bad days than good.
Plus im still being woken for night feeds.
Im a mum of 2 boys .8 and 13.my younger one is a mummys boy and energetic.so i know its hard juggling everything😢
I have started dry needling where i have to travel abroad every few weeks to get it done.im at the beginning of the process but has anyone actually tried dry needling and benefited from it?

I have zero knowledge or experience with marijuana. Its now legal here and easy to get so I have to say I am more than curious if it can help me. I have chronic back pain with severe muscle spasms and joint pain. I have been off work for 5 months now due to my pain. Does anyone have any advice? What method of using is best? Any strain in particular help? CBD to THC ratios? Does it help anyone here?

What kind of CBD oil do you use? Pictured below is the CBD oil I use. It contains no THC. I am thinking I need the CBD oil to have a little THC in it so I’m asking for recommendations?
Fern Valley Farms in Oregon is one of the places I get cbd oil. They also have bath products,lotions,etc. They have pet cbd also. My fur friend was having seizures & hasn't had any since using this.
