I’m a man with Fibromyalgia. Which means I’m one of the few. I’d like to chat with other men with this and hear their experiences.
Hey Philip, my experience is that daily stretching and foam rolling helps keep my Fascia hydrated and healthy, allowing me to do light to medium weight workouts 2-3 times a week, keeping my pain levels around a 2 or 3 giving me more good days and rebounding from flares much faster and experiencing them less often.
I also smoke medical marijuana daily, finding that 1:1 CBD to THC in the 6-9% most beneficial.
Hi Philip, there's plenty of men on this site.
Also if you go to the Q and A section, there's lots of useful information.
Also another man here. I belong to several men's fibromyalgia support groups on Facebook. We do infact exist.
I am female, but i am very interested if fibromyalgia affects males differently.
Does anyone in your family have it?
Do males respond better to therapies?
