Hey, just a thought as in what has happened to me here in NEW ZEALAND 🇳🇿! A big pharmaceutical company Douglas Pharmaceutical stopped making and exporting a lot of drugs at beginning of Covid! There was two antidepressants am sure one was Effexor, with me it was Oxapam that I had been on for 40 years? Now nobody was told, it was released out to doctors and medical centres etc, but you’d think something that big someone would be given the job at your medical centre All needed to be done was put in computer which patients are on these meds? Then bingo, call them in ASAP to be sorted out before stopped as bring down old pill to cross over to new one! No! I found out being nosy online, so went to my chemist, she said yes, get to dr now! So I have just about come off old one to new one! It’s different but is working! But others be going in to get repeats to find out there is no pills left as close off was October 16 th! So imagine that!
Hope you are doing alright on your new antidepressant, I mentioned my part just in case it has happened over there, Penelope! Xxxxx
I take mine in the morning
AM if I remember, sometimes in the afternoon. Did you look into an online app? I got antibiotics that way once.
I take it in the morning. No side effects.
@A MyFibroTeam Member no, the Effexor is not working at all but it’s only been 9 days. My anxiety is horrible, Can’t sleep at night and can’t stay awake during the day. I feel like crap all the time.....I’m not sure if it’s from the Effexor or from the anxiety. I’m seeing my rheumatologists today, hopefully he knows of a good psychiatrist that will give me Xanax or Valium. It sucks for me that my family doctor retired. He never had an issue giving me anything I wanted.
