I would not say I have no pain but I can go for a long time just having the odd ache or twinge every so often or i will feel really tired but no pains. I actully start to thjnk maybe i have not really got fibromyalgia but then they come back. Strange last year i felt healthier than i had in a long time but felt really depressed all the time. And in general I'm quite positive or at least try to be.

I’m like that! Sometimes I feel like I’ve been cured of fibromyalgia, but it always comes back eventually. I swear it has to do with my menstrual cycle, which is irregular, but can’t quite make the correlation...

That happens to me! I have pain most of the time.. then one day I will wake up and feel just great for several days and I don’t know why. Like you, I would think my fibro was gone, but it always comes back...and at times can be quite severe.
